*Before Leaving he goes to the consul*

Rage: "Anakin I am sorry that I haven't finished my meditation sessions today. That last session was really hard on me...ill try to clear my head so i dont wind up in sick bay next time we try."

*Runs out of the consul chamber*

Rage: "It's my turn"

*Suit up music as i suit up and get into the X-wing*

Rage: "This is Commander Firestakler im on Route....Sabby....Rory...Kahn...I need a report..."

* The X-wing takes off *

Rage: "Whoa...this thing is pretty nice..."

(on comlink to angela)

Rage: "Rage to the Skyfire...report...what is going on? Ive been out for a while..."

*Hits the warpdrive and heads to XYZ location*

((my character doesn't know the new guy or whats going on..someone should tell him))

Because World of Warcraft has been the leading culprit in dumbing down the genre to make it easy enough for the mainstream audience who has never heard of an MMO before to hop in and enjoy. Now, this isn't necessarily bad. But the soaring popularity of World of Warcraft has pigeonholed the entire industry into creating clones in order to be successful.

((ok guys so Rage is already woken up and in the X-wing on his way but since Paul didn't really explain why Rage wasn't with the group or why he didn't make any progress on his meditation I will explain what Rage has been doing while Rory and Sabby were adventuring without him. And how he wound up in sickbay))

Rage's meditation

[Paul] It is Anakin
11:03 PM [Paul] Rage has not made any progress during his meditation

While Sabby and Rory meet Kheldim and arrest Kelduilm and then go and fight the deshade with him. Rage spends a large amount of time at the temple with Anakin....

Rage: "Master it's been 7 hours and I keep sensing that Rory and Sabby need my help"
Anakin: "Clear your mind...focus on here and now and let them do their job..."
(Senses the battle's going on...)
Rage: "I feel so useless here"
Anakin: "Rage think about what your doing..."
Rage: "I should be out there fighting!"
Anakin: (stares shaking his head in disappointment)
*Rage Storms out*
Anakin: wait! Your in no shape to be going out!
Rage: argghhh!!
*Rage get another flash from the battle's his friends are in and falls down outside the temple...holding his head in pain*
Anakin: "Take him to sickbay!!"

Total time = 12 Hours - DC to Use the Force = 15

RESULT: FAILED (Rage only spend 7 hours and left early because of his visions)

(Rage will then spend a few hours in sickbay and then awaken to the posts below)

He goes and gets his stuff and then gets on his comlink.

"Master...whats going on? I sense things have changed while I have been out hurt after Rory's battle with me..."

A Mon Calamari walks up to you with a flight suit and says to put it on.

He says: ”Your X Wing is ready for launch and you need to go to XYZ ((The temple we are at)) to assist. There are reports of weapons fire, hurry”

The ship is so new you don’t even have an R2 unit assigned to it.

(back at the temple entrance)

Kheldim removes the dead soldiers from the area and hides them out of sight in the bushes. "Now we wait for the rest to return and if the technicians come out beforehand they'll be walking into a trap of our own.", he says to the traders while taking up a decent vantage point. "Just use the blasters the troopers had on them for now. That is unless you would prefer disguising ourselves as the dead troopers and surprising them inside."

Rory / Sabby - Are we going to chase Ecic?

Kheldim - You are waiting outside for a while. The only thing of interest that happens is an x wing flys over.

Rage - You are above the temple, but can't find a safe place to land.

When I am a guest at a convention I am there to entertain people and add to the fun they have at the event. thus, unless the game session is advertised as one where the objective is to kill the PCs--and I've done a few of those--I try to keep PCs alive. Of course if a player doesn't want to have his character survive, the natural selection process of the game environment will take over.

*Rage Circles around the Temple that he just flew over...then flys off circles around again and keeps circling then issues and transmission*

Rage: "This is commander Firestalker of the NR Prime Fleet and jedi escort. I need a place to land. Can someone on the ground please respond..."

((I'm trying to provoke Mikes character right now to talk to mine...since we haven't met this could be interesting))

((P.S: If I get to keep the X-wing then my IC girlfriend can have my old ship sicne she bought it. ))

Kheldim grabs the communicator from his side, "Commander Firestalker, this is Khel Jerah. I'm working with a couple of your friends down here. The area around the temple is in our hands, but we have company inside still."

Then he turns to keep an aim on the entrance to the temple expecting the sounds to possibly draw the technicians out.

(via communicator) "There was a clearing not that far back, towards the settlement, that should be large enough. Easy on the landing though, it wasn't very level. I'll give you a better description on the situation down here when you get here."

Rage lands the x-wing in the clearing...then activates his homing becons and informs NR forces of the whereabouts of his ship so they can be aware of its location while parked. (In case enemies show up)

Then he grabs his gear (blaster rifle, saber etc) and locks up the xwing. He puts his saber on his belt and walks through the wilds with his blaster drawn...

If its dark he will activate his light otherwise he just approaches Kheldims location commando style...

You don't have a speeder and the closest clearing would take you over an hour on foot to get to the temple. If you still wanted to land there you can and truck it out on foot.

As for Ecic - He continues to stay out of range in the treetops and tosses a log every once in a while. He is taunting you. Rory slices into the tree he is in and the tree crashes to the ground. Ecic is no where to be found. However he is heard laughing.

At the temple. One tech comes out cautiously.

As soon as the technician comes fully out of the entrance I'll take the best shot I can to keep him from making too much noise. Assuming that is successful and no one else comes out right away then I will drag his body out of sight and ready for any others.

You are able to move the body out of the way. One of the traders looks a little antsy, he looks at you says:"What are we waiting for, lets get em!!

He starts to run to the entrance.
