We will just say he was patrolling the ship doing pre-launch checks for Farrel.

It is probably easier to just delete the word "out" and be on the bridge.

Sabby explains to Ktygaavh what happened with Vael, including the part where he attacked Rage and nearly killed him and Angelia. He mentions about meditating on what happened, and after the conversation is done he heads back to the bridge.
Sabby: "We could always send a team in early, leave them on the top of a building and then another team can move in from the edge of town. We don't really have to land the full distance away we can use a rope to repel down into the trees nearby."

Ktygaavh simply says to control your anger and the council will talk more on this when you return.
Captain Farrell: "Master Jedi, how would we get up any survivors? If you are overrun then what? This sounds more like an internal way of dividing and conquering, with us being divided."

Sabby looks over at Captain Farrell: "What it would do is give us more time to search for Edgar, Tier and any survivors. This would be better then just 4 hours to search, fight as we have to, and whatever else we need."

Captain Farrell looks over at you rather puzzled and says "That is suicide. You have made it clear of my lack of military experience, but I did take classes and the logical choice is to not split up."
He takes out one of his datapads and plugs it into the view screen. (Think episode II with that Red hologram thing that the seperatists were using but this one is blue, not red.)
On the hologram is a map showing the area around the cantina with the latest data from the scouts. You can see the red dots that indicate zombies. There are a lot of them. Captain Farrell points at the cantina where there is no life sign readings just a blank box.
Captain Farrell: "That is where Tier is! Why else would there be a device jamming the scanners?"

RAGE'S plan: Rory will use the whistle to fly around and bombard the planet to clear out some of the zombies and then drop group one in.
Group 1: Rage, Sabby and Angelina on a roof.
Rory then takes the Whistle back to the prime.
Rory is then redeployed with a large detach of troops lead by jim.
Farrel covers us with Air support from the Prime and fires on the planet in specific areas if ordered by the ground team. (Think Airstrike marked by a flare)
((Rory is our best bladesmaster but he is also the GM and the whistle pilot so he will just have to use his talents in group 2))
Objectives:
Group 1: Keep the Zombies occupied so that a large task force can be deployed
Group 2 (under Jim): Search for Survivors and cut a way to the surrounded Group 1. (That's Rory's Job...)
Rage Plan number 2
use the Prime to firebomb the planets surface according to farrels zombie scans. Send a small team afterward to look for human survivors.

Sabby: " Have the scouts flown close enough to the Cantina to see if its a shield or just were not able to get a sensor reading? Also Rage, we don't want to bomb any possible survivors."

Captain Farrell: "Rage there are no troops. I must agree with Sabby about bombing the planet. The scouts didn't get close enough to determine if it was a shield or jammer."

Sabby: "Can we ask the scouts to fly closer to see what it is? If it is just a jammer we can repel down onto the roof. If its a shield....Well its going to be some work.

It will take some time for the scouts to report. During the time we can discuss options, and wait for jim.

Kahn> Mr Farrel is correct. (a friendly peacemaking gesture). dividing our forces at this point is unwise, at least until we obtain better Intel. but I suspect that this dark patch <points to the area free of red dots on the holomap> represents a shield of some sort. [[ooc. do shields block scanners normally?]]though it worries me that they are all gathering around it like that, I bet Tier is at the bottom of all this. if it IS a shield we need to get there to rescue the survivors. If it is not a shield but a jammer its probably meant to hide whats there, possibly a zombie control mechanism? (glances at rage). either way it would be highly impractical to land 22miles away and fight our way in. we will need to land on the roof or make a safe landing zone nearby. son of wagtoo.. have any insights been made on the disease thus far?

((No shields don't block scanners...normally))
The scouts have returned with more Intel.
They show the recon pictures taken of the cantina with an overlay of red dots for zombies and green dots for non zombies.
The majority of the red dots are surrounding the cantina. This is due to the fact that the scanners can't get past the jamming device, the zombies don't go in or both. The scouts also report there are visible droids working on the roof of the cantina. They are installing anti aircraft weapons. At least what appears to be home made versions build from the parts of droids. The red blob of dots shifts a little from east to west when the scout ship flies over in that direction.
You can only tell one green dot in the area of the cantina.
Another scout ship has a picture of the area from a greater distance away. There is the one large concentration of zombies near the cantina. beyond that there is sporadic green and red dots.
The scouts also report they will be unable to return due to fear of the AA guns, unless ordered.
SoW has nothing new to report, however he is testing a new hypothesis and asks you guys come back in about 10 minutes, aka after the next round of posting.
