Sent you guys an e-mail with an updated sheet. Would like your thoughts on what I did with the character.
I found an issue with the character sheet. Apparently I'm actually qualified for medium armor and not light. It appears to be mislabelled.

The first thing I looked up was blind. WOW did you read the power? This is awesome for what you are doing.
Blind (swift; one living creature within 12 squares) vs. Reflex, target is considered flat-footed and all other creatures have concealment against them until the start of your next turn. Spend Force Point to use as a free action
Remember to make a mental note when rolling stealth now. The +3 from covert ops isn't added to the sheet. Also always remember to go to the weapons tab to recalculate the attack bonus and damage. Which you did just giving a reminder.
I'm not sure I understand what you are talking about for the armor thing. My best guesses would be one of the following. When you take a soldier level and it asks you to take a multiclass feat, yes you can select armor pro medium. But you will still have armor check penalties for medium armor because you do not meet the prerequisites for medium armor. The same is applicable if you go to the armor tab and just put your guy in a suit of medium armor. Without the prerequisites the feat is useless.
Just remember you need to do things in the right order to manipulate the timing in the system.
Cloak then Stealth
Next round Ghost Assailant (Swift action - roll Stealth vs Perception) Optional things to do (I like battle strike here - Swift action) Attack using Cunning Attack (+2 on attack roll)
Keep in mind that this way of fighting isn't without its flaws. You CAN NOT move in that round because you are sacrificing your move action for that battle strike. However, that battle strike as I said is optional. You could also invest in surges (free action) as well as a Jedi Knight talent called Combat Trance. Which is the one Rory uses to battle strike once a round.
With you finding blind (wow that doesn't sound right) you could also use that in place of Ghost Assailant. It is still a swift action but if you really wanted to spend that force point to make it free it wouldn't be a bad option in some tactical situations.
Be careful against blind against other force users, you don't want to blind the entire party against that target with a rebuke.
Each level will bring you closer or will give you bonuses to your "sneak attack."
I am really looking forward to this!

Yeah I read it and went "HOLY SHIT!! This is EXACTLY what I need!!" I was looking for a decent saber attack, and figured with all the bonus abilities my guy can have on a first strike, it would even out with the saber swarm ability. I only took one of those though.

I made a few retraining/modifications to my character with the level. I took a scout level and grabbed another talent. I also redirected a talent.
Blank now has Sentinel Strike and Sentinel Observation. I should be able to combine everything into a plus 5 attack bonus on saber swarm with +7d6 damage bonus on the attacks.
So my character when set up right: Cloak>Stealth into position>Battle Strike before surprise round, spend force point on Battle Strike Surprise Round: Stealth triggers Sentinel Observation, Swift = Ghost Assailant, triggers Cunning Attack, Standard = Saber Swarm, spend force point to move two away, then move action remains.
When rolled high enough = d20+24 to double saber attacks, opponent gets -5 to block or makashi riposte, 2d8+7d6+19 damage, 2d8+7d6+19 damage. Total potential damage = 154, two condition tracks down (from threshold beat twice), and another -10 to any other blocks before target's turn. Plus character is far enough away requiring target to at least surge to get to me.
Fun stuff. ;D
