By itself Energy Doppleganger doesn't look to do much. It lets Dan split off an energy being, right now of an unspecified variety of energy, but it can be any of the types from the book...fire, electricity, etc. It will have the power of True Flight at it's power rank, and any powers of Dan's that he wants to give to the Doppleganger, the inference of the text is that powers have to either be possessed by the regular character or the Doppleganger, though it would probably make sense for energy powers of the doppleganger's type to be shared. The doppleganger will have a duration based on the power rank, but I can't find a table for how long powers last by rank, the spell rank table from the magic section, or 1 minute per rank number would be the most likely choices. The doppleganger can be attacked, but instead of health damage, it causes Psyche damage to the main character. Since it can be attacked, it should be able to attack back, or there really isn't much point to the power. It also lists resistances, which I would assume are based around the power rank of the power, but are pooly specified by the power wording.

Reading the Bio-Vampirism power, it requires taking a weakness, since we already have weaknesses, that means you'd end up having to have two total. I'm not sure that the power would end up making up for that.
