----What I think you should do is focus on cards that have flashback, flash, buyback and creatures with awesome tap abilities. The point is so you can tap/untap during every upkeep. ---
Card Suggestions:
Card : Awakening
Cost : 2GG
Type : Enchantment
Wording : At the beginning of each player's upkeep, untap all creatures and lands.
It is another Muse type card, but won't help you untap your arties. Another drawback is it helps your opponents too. As long as you make your creatures more important the drawback isn't so bad. You also make friends because people don't want to hurt the one that is letting them untap their creatures and lands.

Prodigal Sorcerer is another good card to use for obvious reasons. There are also a lot of other cards that do the same thing that PS would do. I am also sure you have them too. I have a bunch as well.

Also you'd want to max out on Seedborn Muse and Keeper of the Nine Gales. We've seen how brutal this can get.

Token generators are also good. Sacred Mesa, Squirrel's Nest, are good examples.

Also I suggest Paradox Haze. Mainly for a few reasons. #1 Bob and I have them and #2 you could give yourself or your opponent another upkeep. What that means for you is you get to untap again. It is best to use it on yourself.

You could also look for some control in the deck as well. Counterspells, boomerangs, and echoing truth type cards. The real winner in the control world in a deck like this is Capsize. If you can't figure out why that is golden in this deck concept I will slap you.
