Initiative - Combat House Rule

OK there is no clear cut way to roll initiative, here is my plan.

41 to 50	4
51 to 75	5

Based off this table from the book, we will each roll a 1d10 and add the corresponding modifier.

Combat:

1) The Judge determines actions.
2) The Players determine and state actions.
3) Initiative is rolled, by each person
4) Pre-Action rolls are made.
5) Actions are made by order of initiative.
6) Repeat steps 1,2,4,5,6... Initiative is rerolled again.
