Smart alloy suit: Rage's body resistances come from a metel "smart alloy" suit. Normally he can only use the smart alloy to hide/reveal his person. However, with a power stunt he can "throw" his suit onto people or objects (at a GM's VERY STONG discretion)
Running attack: Attack while running.
Proposed power stunt for healing.... X2 Heal Rate for ten rounds: (After mastering this stunt he can move onto: X4 Heal rate for ten rounds X8 heal rate for ten rounds

Proposed power stunt for speed: Confusion Run: Run around the enemy in circles so fast that they get dizzy and cannot determine friend from foe (or just start vomiting) Propose power stunt for speed: SPRINT: (100+ mph) Run 8 squares in one turn and still attack
Proposed power stunt for healing/bodyresistances/speed:
Self Damaging attack: Hit the enemy so hard with your body that you actually hurt yourself...but hurt them a lot more....then heal your wounds instantly....

I'll have to think about some of these. The Self Damaging attack you wouldn't be healed instantly. We will work something out
EDIT:
You just want to make other people vomit don't you? It has been done before with Dan. I doubt anyone will vomit due to someone running around them really fast. However I have a variant that we can try and work out. The biggest problem with movement in any game system is you "Stop" at the end of your turn. We can eliminate that problem by you declaring you are going to continue to run. So, what this means is that anyone that is going to attack you after you moved your five squares (if you declared you are still running) will be at a -2CS to any attack. This rule is probably what the book meant to say. Anyone can use this; however Bob's guy is the only one fast enough to matter.
For the confusion power stunt I think we can try something. There is no rule that states a player can’t move through other players square, if there is I couldn’t find it. Also taking into consideration that the areas are supposed to be 44 yards makes it seem that multiple people can occupy the same square. Why the hell not? This leads me into your confusion power stunt idea. I have made it clear that I don’t use any different movement rules for diagonal movement. With that in mind a target in the middle of a area has three areas around the top, the two in the middle and three on the bottom.
X-X-X X-C-X X-X-X
Like that.
So if we make it like this (C = Target, X = another area, T = TV)
X-T-X X-C-X X-X-X
Then TV can follow this pattern: moving in order around the target starting at #4 he would then be able to do a complete circle around a target in one round and have one square of movement left over, which won’t matter.
X-4-X 1-C-3 X-2-X
So with all that being said how about for every COMPLETE circle you do around and opponent gives that opponent a -1CS for any action up to a -3CS. The first round the opponent would be at -1CS, the second round at -2CS, and the third and final round -3CS. Your power has adjusted your senses enough that there is no ill effect to you. You can also choose as many laps as you want to do. Any lap after the third will only result in a -3CS, so you can continue to do laps until you are tired and granting the opponent a -3CS.
