Lets just hit the fast forward button a bit. If this were in person I'd be rolling for random enconters. You get to 3 and are transported somewhere else. You enter this room at #3.

When you go down the tunnel you see a flash of light and then find yourself in another room. You are alone. ((I have never done anything like this before on a forum. But seeing as we have at least a few weeks before the next star wars game, we should be able to do this. Ok so here we go. Dan you are at #6, where do you want to go next?)) This is how that post should read. I only copied and pasted some of the text from my notes. Ugh. I will give you a reply some time today.
Ok, I’ve been meaning to type this out for a while. I wanted to make some rules for this temple. For one this entire temple will be considered one encounter in regards to health and powers. With the same note you can use conventional means to regain those powers, rest etc. EVERY search your feelings roll will come back indifferent. Things will happen when you go through some portals, but those things can be avoided or necessary to get out.
There really isn't anything at either end of #1 and #2. You are smart enough IC and OOC to know that once you step in those directions you will be transported somewhere else. However you see a mist around area #2. That repeating com transmission from before is strong in this hallway.

When you go through this portal your mind feels like you are getting poked by a million needles. You take 10 psychic damage. You enter at #11. There is a mist at 5, 9, 10, and 11. You encounter a creature that is attacking you. Let’s make this simple. Choose one force power and the creature is dead and you take 8 points of damage. The pelt looks nice on this creature after the combat.

Sabby will use mind shard. Down 18 hp total. I have to check my max from my other pc.
Sabby ponders taking the pelt and decides to come back later. he heads towards #4

Nothing happens at 4. The transmissions from before have stoped completly. Your comlink is silent. There is no static nothing. Almost like there is an open channel and no one is talking.

Sabby will head towards #6, but will look around when he gets to the cross hallway. If nothing obvious is seen he will check out #6 fully.
