The red X is the area where Neil was imprisoned. The other X's represent the locations of the fallcrest adventure that my origonal party opened up with and the Kings reach adventure where the party was going to fight the necormancer but they ended up getting scattered.

It takes a full two days or maybe a little more to get from hammerdale to worth via the pass.
In the game it only took a few hours to get back via horse and all night to get there but we will say that i screwed up.
