Dan's character: Dan I know I told you to make a level 4 character but due to the loss of my primary party for story reasons I need to you make a level 2 toon.

Paul should be at level 3 (almost level 4)

Kraz and those other players should be level 3 as well.

I will use the story to get people up to the same level tho.
