Nicole got to come home last night.

A good thing but also means I NEED to be home to take care of her. I will be unavailable this weekend.

I also saw that Jim rsvpd to some 80s night thing the weekend after that. However Geoff does make a point if we can get at least myself, Dan, Joel (who signed up for the forums), and Geoff we should still play.

My itch to play / run needs to be scratched now more than ever.

When I am a guest at a convention I am there to entertain people and add to the fun they have at the event. thus, unless the game session is advertised as one where the objective is to kill the PCs--and I've done a few of those--I try to keep PCs alive. Of course if a player doesn't want to have his character survive, the natural selection process of the game environment will take over.

I can run a game on the drop of a hat. I think geoff wants to but I don't see him in a hurry to post anything.

I am not sure, Nicole has her 3rd chemo tomorrow and today's knocked her down pretty good.

My biggest problem is the backlash and lack of understanding I'm getting from my family who thinks (at least from my point of view) that I have not been there for her. They don't get that I need my escape now more than ever.

With that being said you guys don't have to have me to play. If I'm the only one that can't make it then by all means play without me.

Thats fine, I dont mind running stuff most saturdays. Hows everyone for this week? Actually post here if you can/can't make it, don't just read this and mentally say yes or no. If we get enough of a response we can play without Paul, if not enough response then no game. Simple as that.
