She said she found out later, but never really put two and two together.

When I am a guest at a convention I am there to entertain people and add to the fun they have at the event. thus, unless the game session is advertised as one where the objective is to kill the PCs--and I've done a few of those--I try to keep PCs alive. Of course if a player doesn't want to have his character survive, the natural selection process of the game environment will take over.

She is asked to wait outside while the council members discuss her.

Rory: ”I sense that she isn’t telling the full story.”

((UTF check search your feelings came up indifferent. I’m not sure if it works like that, but hell anyone that has played a hand at poker doesn’t need to use the force to gather she wasn’t telling us everything. Perception might have been a better skill to use, but the DC for that is rather low.))

Ktygaavh: ”How strongly are your attractions to her? I only ask because of the known pheromones with Jyrovian females.”

Rory: ”She is cute and all, but I don’t feel that pull like other females from this planet.”

Sabby – You feel the same about her weak pheromones.

Luke: “Do any of you even think she wants to be a Jedi?”

Anakin: “She doesn’t seem to really be interested.”

Ktygaavh: ”Surely she needs some type of training, or she will be unable to control herself. If left unchecked she could be very dangerous to herself.”

Anakin nods

Rory:”I agree, but also the training may be just as damaging for a person that doesn’t want it.”

Luke: “Her mideclorian levels were above average.”

Rory: ”I call for a vote.”

They all agree and vote and Sabby may make any comments before the official vote if he has any.

Rages arrives halfway between above convo. He bows to everyone very respectfully.

Rage: "ill train her...." (says it in a joking matter but the consul members knowlege check on Rage shows he might be serious)

"Masters...I just had the most refreshing experience at the Covu hunt. Pemi is also a very skilled hunter...."

looks around at the whistle...

"My actions have not been ideal since we have started this mission. Moreso the danger I have put myself in is probably the thing that scares me the most. I am happy to just be alive. Regardless I have attained new abilities from my grunt battle experiences and mixed with my force training has become quite potent. I should be able to beat my death-stick addition without any medical help...due to this new level i have attained. I know that is one in many infractions on my record...but I want to hear what the consul has to say before I speak anymore on this. "

Because World of Warcraft has been the leading culprit in dumbing down the genre to make it easy enough for the mainstream audience who has never heard of an MMO before to hop in and enjoy. Now, this isn't necessarily bad. But the soaring popularity of World of Warcraft has pigeonholed the entire industry into creating clones in order to be successful.

Rage: "My new indomitable strength gained in my most recent battles will make this possible I promise Ktygaavh. This power is useful against any addiction. addictions are non-factors for me now. I can also be beat to hell and recover quickly."

he pauses

Rage: "Not only am i a Jedi...but I am also a New republic first officer. Many of my missions have required me to hang out with the gruff ruffnecks of Kahn's marine force, not to mention farrel did require some extensive drills for me to preform my duties on his ship and I have learned well from them. Harded to the core like a man of war and adept in the force. I promise I will not fail you Masters..."

((Rage's scout levels come from his Kharon experiance, his solider levels come from his New republic officer training, and his jedi levesl come from jedi training))

Rage: "as for this woman. She is hot...but not as hot as my lady. I think she should choose what she wants. Or perhaps what is best for others safety. I think she is kind of a weirdo tho. Why did she let the ball hit her?"

Vote is No, she won't be trained. However we are to keep an eye on her and guide her.

Taea is brought in and told that she will not be trained but guided. She acts rather emotionless about it. She nods and smiles then walks back to her home after being excused.

Rory: "Masters, Khel found this box in space. What is it?"

Ktygaavh is the only one that knows.

Ktygaavh: "I have not seen one of those in close to 60 years. It is a music box that is used to relax Jedi when their aggressions get the better of them. It is imbued with the force by the master for the student to practice meditation. Open it up Rory."

Rory opens it up and the box starts to play music. It is soothing to everyone but Sabby. In fact it is painful for Sabby to listen to.

Rory reverts back to his old self for a few seconds and opens and closes the box a few times until Anakin tells him to stop.

Rory chuckles a little and says sorry, couldn't resist.

The council members ask if nothing else needs to be said then the meeting is adjourned. They advise to get some rest before we explore the cavern.

Sabby before the meeting ends: "Depends if we can harniss the way the music box works, we might be able to use it or something like it to test if people are possessed. Or to prevent possession when we see spirits. I know it hurts, that much is obvious, but I think we can use its technology to our advantage."
