The landing area is bigger than the building that is the base. Outside the window you see one officer (Your notes say he is Lieutenant Kiev -Assistant) a man in a white coat holding a lot of big rolled up papers (Dr Vik – he is stumbling around trying to hold onto these big tubes of paper, glasses, your typical scientist.) and two storm troopers.
All the people in the base are human unless otherwise noted.
As you look at the walls of building you realize that this base is meant to not bring attention to it self. The base doesn't have any markings or anything that makes it stick out. You notice that there isn’t even an imperial flag flying. There is a pole, but without any flags. Knowing what you know of imperial arrogance this might set off some higher ranking officials. There is a large field behind the base for obvious testing. Surrounding the base and the field is your average run of the mill forest. There is really nothing else around.
After you get off the ramp Kiev salutes you and the storm troopers stand to attention. Vik stumbles as he moves all his papers to one arm and extends a hand to shake.
He is stammering and stuttering trying to find the right words to say. He fears you; you don’t need any force powers to detect that.
Vik :”It is such an honor to meet you. You look taller than I expected, I am looking forward to working with you on this project.”
As he reaches over to shake your hand he drops all of his papers, the troopers immediately draw their weapons and point them at Vik. Vik screeches.

Makes a calming gesture towards the stormtroopers, "That is unnecessary.", before nodding towards Lt. Kiev and adding a simple, "Lieutenant."
Waiting for Vik to gather his things, Kheldim adds "Dr. Vik, I am eager to catch up with your progress."

Waiting for Vik to gather his things, Kheldim adds " Dr. Vik, I am eager to catch up with your progress." The good Dr drops his papers again then sprawls one out on the ground and you can clearly see some type of missile with the words "bacterial contaminant injection system" before Kiev knocks over the doctor and says what the hell are you doing? Vik: “I’m sorry I just wanted to show him the progress.” Kiev: “You are as eager as you are stupid sometimes. I wouldn’t say stupid I would say more lack of common sense. Troopers help Vik up with his papers and see to it that Moff Mott’s needs are met. If I am no longer needed sir I’d like to rest in my quarters.” He salutes you.

"I trust then that Dr. Vik can show me to my quarters. You are dismissed, Lieutenant.", Kheldim replies as he returns the salute.

The Dr shows you to your quaters and says the next test will be in 15 minutes.
There are a total of 3 floors, the main floor, basement 1, and basement 2.
Each floor has about 4-6 room in it.
The Dr asks you to go over his notes and report to the testing area (outside) and observe the test and add some input once the first test is completed.

After making a quick check of the room to ensure there is no surveillance equipment planted, Kheldim heads out to meet with Dr. Vik. As he moves through the area he'll take note of the layout of the place as well as any rooms of interest.

There isn’t any surveillance equipment in the room that you can find. First floor rooms – Interest is always subjective so here is everything. 5 Rooms One room is obviously yours. One room is like a reception area / security check point. Two guards are “supposed” to be stationed there at all times. One room is the Doctor's. From what you see it is rather messy and cluttered. The other rooms are storage. The Doctor’s door is open slightly and you hear him complaining about lack of respect as he shuffles through some papers. He also says something about how he will show them one day for pushing him around. ((Yes he is Milton and he may just light the place on fire.))

Pausing outside the door a moment, Kheldim knocks and adds, "Those who cannot understand a question rarely appreciate the ability of others to find the answer. That is why they stick to shooting things with relics of the past while we design the tools of the empire's future."
Once obtaining the Doctor's attention, he adds, "I was on my way out to find you. I would like a copy of all of your research sent up to my quarters so that I can check everything over once we're done with testing for the evening."

((It is easier to track and monitor a datapad than paper and he is paranoid. You easily pick that up.)) Vik :”I could send all my papers to you, I don't have the notes in data pads. We can go over them once we are done and you could enter what you like in your own datapads.” He leads you to the door to the testing area, and you do the ID badge swipe at the door. Your badge however doesn't work.
