When I am a guest at a convention I am there to entertain people and add to the fun they have at the event. thus, unless the game session is advertised as one where the objective is to kill the PCs--and I've done a few of those--I try to keep PCs alive. Of course if a player doesn't want to have his character survive, the natural selection process of the game environment will take over.

Ok since Rich (Dan’s brother) is running DnD this Saturday we won’t be playing Marvel this Sunday. It may take a while for things to get back on our usual rotation.
This is only an assumption but here are the next few dates and possible games.

June 26th = DnD Rich
June 27th = Nothing – Canceled Marvel

July 3rd = Nothing
July 4th = Nothing – Holiday

After this is only speculation and we probably won’t know until a few days before.

July 10th = DnD – every other Saturday
July 11th = Marvel – Unless DnD on Saturday.

July 17th = DnD – every other Saturday
July 18th = Marvel – Unless DnD on Saturday.

The next possible Marvel game could be as late as July 18th.

With that in mind I have a good idea for something for star wars and marvel. So we will have our forum games for those until we figure out what is going on.

Who knows maybe we will do both in one weekend.

I think bob was saying he was going on vacation that week. I dunno, things are a mess. I'm thinking about closing marvel and just playing/running SW. We need more players so the games can continue when one person is gone.

Still have not figured that out.

If you wanted to play marvel we can do that too. Your guy already made a cameo. Saved the day too and rushed off just in time before anyone can get a decent look at you. Plus we already know your alter ego because of the dance lesson idea.

Really busy time of year right now.

We've been keeping track of the games in both marvel and SW on the forums. All the games/stories are in their respected areas.

There is time for you to plan your guy for SW if you are interested. The house rules are listed but it really isn't anything that can get in the way of character building.

After the 4th we will all have to get together and plan out the next game. For the time being we will do the forum games.

I am VERY starved to run a game again. I miss GMing after playing in a few of Dan's brothers games. Just something about GMing that I find more personally satisfying.

Now I'm rambling again.....

When it comes to my availability, I'm good for the 11th. That is the next tenative date. The game for the 11th is TBD.

Because World of Warcraft has been the leading culprit in dumbing down the genre to make it easy enough for the mainstream audience who has never heard of an MMO before to hop in and enjoy. Now, this isn't necessarily bad. But the soaring popularity of World of Warcraft has pigeonholed the entire industry into creating clones in order to be successful.
