Rage is hanging into town.

When I am a guest at a convention I am there to entertain people and add to the fun they have at the event. thus, unless the game session is advertised as one where the objective is to kill the PCs--and I've done a few of those--I try to keep PCs alive. Of course if a player doesn't want to have his character survive, the natural selection process of the game environment will take over.

Because World of Warcraft has been the leading culprit in dumbing down the genre to make it easy enough for the mainstream audience who has never heard of an MMO before to hop in and enjoy. Now, this isn't necessarily bad. But the soaring popularity of World of Warcraft has pigeonholed the entire industry into creating clones in order to be successful.

Did you really do anything here other than talk to yourself?

Pemi jumps up high and gives a loud wooping battle cry type thing. Gives high fives all around as you and the others head into the forest.

You don't have high enough knowledge of these creatures to know that they hunt more at dusk. You do after Pemi tells you though.

Covu The Covu are large indigenous creatures that lurk in the forests near Lanemi. They are hunted by the young males of Jyrova mainly for a right of passage and sport. They are two meters taller then the boar-wolf or borras from Endor.

You've come to realize that your survival skills are no where near Pemi's and the rest of the group.

Pemi looks around not knowing how he can hear Rage talking in his head. He is too distracted to notice the Covu that just jumped him.

Pemi wrestles the beast away then stands quickly, his face is badly scratched but he has a VERY large smile on his face. Pemi whoops loudly and the other kids join the battle.

Because I feel like it, I'm going to roll on the randomizer.
Rage you are still the furthest person away from the battle. There is some growling in the bushes closest to you.
